Cookies and advertising privacy

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep Bloodmantle working properly and remember your preferences. With your permission, we also use advertising tools to understand how people discover and interact with Bloodmantle and to make our advertising more relevant.

Bloodmantle is operated by Authority XR SRL. This notice explains our use of advertising tracking in the Bloodmantle puzzle webapp.

Your cookie preferences

Some browser storage supports features such as saving your progress and remembering your privacy choices. Optional advertising cookies help us measure our campaigns and reach people interested in Bloodmantle.

You can choose “Accept cookies” or “Reject optional cookies” when prompted. The puzzles, victory submissions and card rewards remain available whichever option you choose.

You can change your preferences or withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookies & privacy” in the webapp. We remember your selection in this browser for up to 180 days. Your choice applies to this webapp and does not automatically apply to Gamefound or other websites.

How we use advertising cookies

With your consent, we use Meta Pixel, an advertising tool provided by Meta, to measure website visits and interactions, such as playing puzzles, completing challenges, submitting reward requests and visiting our Gamefound page.

This helps us understand which campaigns bring people to Bloodmantle, measure advertising performance and create audiences for Bloodmantle ads on Facebook, Instagram, X and Reddit.

Advertising tracking is optional and is based on your consent. Providing your email address to save a victory or receive a card does not give permission for advertising tracking. Any daily puzzle email subscription is handled separately.

We also use X Pixel to measure website visits and support advertising audiences on X. This integration currently sends base visit tracking; puzzle actions and victory submissions are tracked by Meta as described above.

With your consent, Reddit Pixel measures page visits, puzzle and tutorial starts and completions, successful victory submissions and clicks to Gamefound. These events help us measure campaigns and create audiences for Bloodmantle ads on Reddit. Tutorial start and completion events are also sent to Meta.

Information shared with Meta, X and Reddit

When advertising tracking is enabled, Meta receives information about your activity, including the pages you visit, the actions you take and limited puzzle details. It also receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information and advertising identifiers. Meta may use this information to associate your activity with a Meta account.

The event details we send do not include your email address, personalized card name or private access codes.

Meta may use cookies, including _fbp and _fbc, to identify browsers and connect website activity with advertising clicks. More information about Meta’s handling of data, retention, international transfers and privacy rights is available in Meta’s Privacy Policy.

X receives visit information, including the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser details and advertising identifiers, and may associate it with an X account. Its Pixel can use the _twclid cookie to connect visits with X ad clicks. We do not send email addresses or phone numbers to X. See X’s Privacy Policy and X’s cookie and advertising choices for its retention, international transfers and opt-out options.

Reddit receives visit and activity information, the page URL and referrer, and technical information such as IP address, browser details and advertising identifiers. It may associate activity with a Reddit account and use first-party cookies such as _rdt_uuid to identify a browser. Reddit ad links may include an rdt_cid click identifier. We do not provide Reddit with email addresses, phone numbers or other advanced-matching identifiers. How long information is stored

We keep your advertising preference in this browser for up to 180 days. After consent, we also store limited records for up to 180 days to avoid counting the same saved submission more than once. Other gameplay tracking records last only for the browser-tab session. These records contain no email address.

These periods concern our browser storage. Meta, X and Reddit describe their retention practices in their respective privacy policies.

Withdrawing consent stops further advertising events from our integration and removes its advertising cookies where accessible. It does not automatically delete information already received by Meta, X or Reddit or affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
